I am truly a very lucky mom. Addi continues to amaze and surprise me with her kindness and pure joy for life. Everyone should be as lucky as I am. Thanks Addi.
So that's where the cooking talent is in our family. Good job Layla.
Look at our amazing 13 year old. Addi is the greatest kid. It takes very little to make her truly excited. She got tickets to see the Cheetah Girls and a guitar for her birthday. There's a Rock Star in the house!
Well she made it. It's our Jr. High student. Addi started the 7th grade this year and loves every minute of it. Her friends, dance and lunch seem to be the best for her. Hope mom survives.
My little fisherman. This summer we had the chance to fish with several Bees players as well as many great fisherman from aroud the Salt Lake area. Since I'm the fisherperson in our family Camden is learning from the best. However, I was not with him on this trip and he did me pround anyway. Look at that big FISH.
We took off for our annual camping trip. This year we choose Idaho. We camped in Lava Hot Springs. It was a beautiful site right next to the river in a quiet little town. That was until the train woke us every thirty minutes!
Where to start. I was born and raised in Illinois. That's right a farm girl from the midwest. After graduating college I moved to Oklahoma City where Brad had taken a position with the Oklahoma City 89ers baseball club. It was in Oklahoma where I made several amazing friends, worked on my masters and married the love of my life. Addi & Camden were both born in OKC but don't remember much of it. We moved to Salt Lake City in 2001 just before the 02 Olympics. Our sweet baby Layla was born here. It's been an adventure that's for sure. Brad and I just celebrated our 14th anniversary and our kids are now 13, 10 & 5. What a RIDE.
